Moderator/Administrator Hall of Fame

To honor retired moderators and administrators who have performed well. Since more moderators than I can remember policed the old PPMB, I am limiting the list to moderators and administrators who have served on the PPMB since Paperpusher turned it over (as well as Paperpusher himself).

The list will be updated whenever a mod or admin who has performed well decides to retire.
